2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance.

• Prices are clearly stated in proposals or plans.

• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and other approved payment gateways.

• No service will begin without payment confirmation.

3. Service Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on the service selected and client’s cooperation.

• Delay in providing necessary materials (images, login credentials, business info) may affect timelines.

• Leads are shared through phone/email/CRM sheets based on package.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are offered once a service has been initiated.

• In case of non-delivery due to our fault, partial refunds may be issued (subject to review).

• Leads once shared or ads once run are considered delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete business details.

• Misuse of the services (e.g. fake products, misrepresentation) will lead to immediate termination without refund.

• All ad content should comply with Meta and Google policies.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any data, business plans, or personal details shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digitaliser will not be liable for:

• Any loss of business due to delays or underperformance of ads.

• Leads that do not convert into paying customers (our job is lead delivery, not sales closure).

• Platform issues (e.g., Facebook ad account suspension due to policy violation).

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
